CAPE (Complete Athletic Performance Engineering) Fitness® is a full-body workout designed to ramp up baseline fitness through continuous cycles of intensity progressions that improve balance, strength, and movement. Workouts can be modified according to individual ability, allowing all fitness levels to participate.
CAPE Fitness® was developed to help athletes of all ages perform at their highest levels and to help individuals and teams evaluate the roles of health, fitness, and success in their lives. The CAPE Fitness® philosophy is that success in life comes from commitment, passion, and vision. Powered by Founder Milo Chavez’s passion for and commitment to helping all individuals achieve their goals in a positive environment, CAPE Fitness® comprises personal training, athletic conditioning, and mind-body coaching. CAPE Fitness® is not only for athletes; it has been found to be highly beneficial for all individuals who desire improved strength, agility, and overall fitness. Some of Milo’s prospective students remark that they are “too old for that” when they first see the training, but Milo explains that they feel “too old” because they have stopped moving like that. CAPE Fitness® has helped many clients recapture long-lost strength, agility, and energy. Clients remark that they have seen tremendous improvements in their ability to accomplish various daily tasks because of the workouts—from running to climbing stairs to keeping up with their children—or that they have simply experienced an overall increase in energy and sense of well-being.

CAPE FITNESS SERVICES

Sports Performance Beginner

M-F - 5:00pm

The SP Beginner training session teaches kids (8yrs – 10yrs old) the basic fundamental of speed, agility, first-step explosiveness, and improves core strength. With the use of TRX Suspension Trainers, BOSU Balls, Resistance Bands, etc.  Our coaching staff will prepare them to maximize their abilities at an age where learning occurs rapidly therefore leading to major improvements. 

 

Sports Performance Intermediate

M-F - 6:00pm

Anyone looking to make their high school team or put themselves in a position to earn an athletic scholarship will greatly benefit from our Sports Performance Intermediate training session. Each session , focuses on all aspects of strength and conditioning such as speed, agility, power, strength, mobility, conditioning, etc.

 

Additionally we have partnered with Nutrishop to educate on nutrition and supplements and how much of an impact it has on sports performance. Lastly, the strength coaches will expose them to motivational speeches to help develop their leadership skills. This is the perfect camp to help any high school athlete prepare for their upcoming season and be in optimal conditioned to maximize performance.

Sports Performance Advance 

M-F  - 7:00pm

This class was developed for our college commits and college athletes.  Each session , focuses on all aspects of strength and conditioning such as speed, agility, power, strength, mobility, conditioning, etc.

Group Fitness

HIIT Classes - M-F - 8:30am & 8:00pm  

Adult Boxing - M-F - 7:30am & 7:00pm

Youth Boxing - M-F - 5:30pm

This is a full-body workout designed to improve balance, strength, movement, and mind. The training method of CAPE is designed with progressions and regressions for all exercises. This enables individuals to work at their own levels and improve on their inner excellence.
